I'm not in mourning however this outfit just cries and screams HELLO February. All blacked out from the shoulders to toe, this outfit is such a minimal but effortlessly glamorous.... (Maybe it's the hair). This is a quintessential casual outfit I have seen a lot this winter; however my picture tries to demonstrate that with the right accessories and styling anything can be transformed into a high-end fit...
